Every incorporated Private Limited Company in India is required to file annual financial statements and return files with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) to maintain compliance and avoid penalties.
Critical Filings:
- Form AOC-4: Financial Statements filing within 30 days of AGM.
- Form MGT-7: Annual Return filing within 60 days of AGM.
- DIR-3 KYC: Director KYC verification due by 30th September.
